My coaching is a space to stop, breathe and properly look at what’s going on for you.
We’ll talk about whatever is actually happening in your life, whether that’s confidence, relationships, feeling stuck, big decisions, self-worth, change, overwhelm or simply knowing that you want something different but having no idea what that looks like yet.
I don’t have a magic eight-ball and I’m not going to sit there pretending I have all the answers. Instead, I’ll help you explore what’s underneath the problem, challenge the bits that aren’t serving you, find your own inner voice and work out what you really want.
Sometimes you need practical support. Sometimes you need someone to ask the question nobody else has asked. Sometimes you just need a completely safe place to say the thing you’ve been carrying around in your head.
Sometimes the answers come from somewhere a little less conventional…

My intuitive readings combine oracle cards and intuitive guidance, with connection to my Spirit Guide, Steve. He’s been part of my spiritual journey for many years. He was a real character in his last life, and his story is the subject of my book, My Rockstar Angel.
During a reading, I use oracle cards as a way of opening up the conversation and exploring what’s around you. I work intuitively with the information that comes through.
You can come with a specific question, a situation you’d like some insight around, or simply see what comes through. We might cover relationships, work, life changes, decisions, your direction or something else.
This isn’t about me telling you what your future will look like. It’s about insight, perspective and guidance, and sometimes hearing something you already knew somewhere deep down but needed help bringing into the light.

My Rockstar Angel
Steve isn’t just a name I mention in my readings. His story is a huge part of my own spiritual journey and led me to write My Rockstar Angel. He was Steve Lee from Gotthard in his last life and I’ve been working with him since his sudden passing in 2010. He pops up in my meditations and helps other people connect with their own spirit guides too.

I had a session of SRT with Neen this afternoon and it was emotional. She cleared blockages from my energetic system that have been causing repeated patterns and behaviours that were holding me back. It was so fabulous to get together again with Neen after a whole lot of years! I hit rock bottom and she came to me at the right time. My lovely dog was making me unwell with constant barking and whining. I thought he had sore ears but the vet thought they were OK. I knew he was a needy dog but things had become much much worse. Having attended Neen's Meditation Monday sessions for several months, I became curious about her SRT clearing sessions...my life has been a roller coaster recently! Work related stress and anxiety leading me to question my future career, an elderly mother in hospital following a very nasty fall and the subsequent realisation that she's not been coping for a considerable amount of time and it's now looking like dementia... read more has set in, the death of my father weeks later, and this on top of my ovarian cancer recurring and all that entails.
So! Grasping for straws if I'm honest, I attended a 2 hour session with Neen.
I don't pretend to understand the science behind it BUT it was fascinating to participate in the clearing of past lives, of blockages that affect my current situations, relationships and life...she's so intuitive and astute! Picking up nuances, asking searching questions, using the charts and her pendulum rapidly and intuitively to identify the blockages and to clear them. She identified areas of my life which were sorely lacking, one of which is joy and fun and playfulness.
Only 12 hours later, I found myself letting out great whoops of laughter whilst walking my dog. I honestly don't know who was more surprised- him or me!!! I found myself walking taller, shoulders back, a lightness in my step which I've not felt for a very long time. I even found myself choosing to start a new book after months of struggling to focus on anything long enough to process what I was reading.
All this in less than 24 hours!
I am open to 'alternative' treatments, regularly meditating, attending sound bath sessions and also somatic breath work which I find amazingly powerful and highly effective...SRT is new to me but WOW! I totally recommend Neen to open your eyes to what is possible! If the first 24 hours are anything to go by, life is going to get better!

Neen has done several flower card readings for me. She is extremely intuitively gifted and has been able to shed some light on areas in my life I am not aware of. She has also done animal readings and is fantastic at connecting with pets and discovering what the issue at hand is. She is wonderfully skilled at all that she does and I highly recommend her.
